Firstly I cannot rate the carers I have met from this company highly enough. My Mum recently had a fall and broke her hip and was therefore in hospital, as my Mum is primary carer for my Dad who has Alzheimer’s I had to temporarily relocate from Scotland to stay with my parents. In the time I spent there, I could not have managed to both look after my Dad and be there for my Mum who had an extended stay in hospital if it were not for the excellent support and care my Dad was receiving. I was told to call any time day or night if I needed some assistance and I had to request this help on a number of occasions. The response was prompt and always dealt with in the most caring and professional way.
